Arriva Pharmaceuticals develops recombinant protein therapeutics toward the treatment of various pulmonary/respiratory indications. In this 21,000 square foot laboratory build out, existing administrative office and conference spaces complement new development and quality control labs. Lab support spaces for glass washing, media preparation and chemical storage, along with new utility systems, have allowed Arriva to consolidate their operations from nearby outdated facilities.

The new facility allows for the production of materials for GLP studies, provides separation of sensitive analytical methods, improves control of quality labs, and accommodates a new lab for testing clinical samples. It will also allow storage of material for GLP and clinical studies under strict GMP conditions. Planning for a future pilot production facility in an adjacent space was completed at the outset.
